Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Dubuque is seeking a full-time Reentry Coordinator to serve individuals recently released from jail or prison. This position is based in our Waterloo regional office, but also provides service to the Mason City and Marshalltown communities. The primary role of this position is to provide case management support to formerly incarcerated individuals as they work towards positive reentry into the community. The Coordinator also recruits and trains volunteers as mentors and support group participants. Strong preference for candidates with criminal justice, social work, or volunteer management experience. This role requires strong communication and networking skills to build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, volunteers, and clients.
