Location: Albuquerque, NM (In-person & Online / Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time (30 open clinical hours per week)
Pay:
- Clinical Hour Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 / hour (Depending on experience and licensure status)
- Non-Clinical Hour Pay: $25.00 / hour (For supervision, case collaboration with other primary providers (PCPs), etc.)

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) As a clinician on our team, you will provide high-quality therapy both online (telehealth) and in-person at our Albuquerque office.
- Conduct clinical sessions utilizing evidence-based clinical modalities.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA laws, patient privacy regulations, and ethical codes.
- Follow all rules, standards, and regulations set forth by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board and the New Mexico Board of Social Work Examiners.
- Formulate accurate DSM-5/ICD-10 diagnoses and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough safety risk assessments (suicidal ideation, self-harm, crisis intervention) and implement appropriate safety planning protocols.
- Complete accurate, on-time clinical documentation (note-taking time is included in your clinical hour pay).
- Manage a consistent active caseload to meet the 30 open clinical hours weekly requirement.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms, secure telehealth software, and digital communication tools.
- Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care tailored to the diverse backgrounds, identities, and unique needs of the Albuquerque community.
- Collaborate with outside entities when necessary (doctor/PCP collaboration, CYFD reports, etc.).

Compensation & How It Works (W-2 Employee) This is an employee (W-2) position, offering the stability of an agency with top-tier compensation. We utilize a production-based hourly model:
- Clinical Hour Pay: You get paid your designated rate ($45.00 – $55.00 / hour) for conducted sessions. (Please note: This is a "you work, you get paid" model. If a client does not show up, you are not paid for the session. However, for HMO clients—not Medicaid—you receive a $45.00 late-cancel/no-show fee).
- Non-Clinical Hour Pay: You are paid $25.00 / hour for administrative clinical work, including weekly supervision, monthly group collaboration, CYFD reporting, and doctor/PCP collaborations.
What We Are Looking For We are accepting applications for both independent and associate licensure tracks:
- Licensure: Active New Mexico licensure (LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMSW) in good standing with the state boards.
