The Manager of Data Analytics is responsible for preparing and analyzing the organization’s data to support informed decision-making and regulatory readiness. Reporting to the CFO, this position partners across the organization to translate complex data into clear, usable reports and dashboards that support continuous improvement.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to develop clear and meaningful reporting tools.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes and actionable recommendations across different operational systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop clear, cohesive, and meaningful reports and dashboards that support executive decision-making.
- Experience working with healthcare data, including operational, financial, clinical, quality or compliance related information
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation and report automation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving expectations.
- Strong organization skills with consistent follow-through, attention to detail and accountability
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across departments
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as, Healthcare administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Health Information Management or related discipline.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics, operations, finance, compliance, or quality.
- Experience in a Federally Qualified Heal Center (FQHC), community health setting or mission-driven healthcare organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with health care regulatory and compliance environments.
- Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools, such as Power BI or similar platform.
