Seven Roads Media is looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our team as Listing Capture Technicians.
If you enjoy working independently, driving throughout the region, meeting new people, and following a proven process, this could be a great fit.

If you're looking for a highly creative photography position where you'll be making artistic decisions, building a photography portfolio, or spending hours editing images, this probably isn't the right fit.
If you enjoy being out in the field, visiting different properties, meeting people, and executing a repeatable system with excellence, you'll likely do very well here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Listing Capture Technician, you'll visit residential and commercial properties to collect the information needed to create:
- MLS Photos
- 3D Tours
- Floor Plans
- Property Marketing Materials
Using company-provided equipment and training, you'll follow a standardized listing capture process designed to deliver consistent results for our clients.
Most appointments take between 30 and 60 minutes.
Once your assignments are complete, you'll upload your files. There is no editing required.
Every property is different.

You'll spend most of your day independently visiting properties, completing appointments, and managing your schedule without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone
- Ability to travel throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk properties and climb stairs
- Availability during daytime business hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new technology
