Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of acute care experience for a 13-week travel contract at a Level II Trauma Center.

Short-term acute care hospital setting with 379 staffed beds at a Level II Trauma Center
PT Acute Care Hospital unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
No floating between units within this assignment; however, all travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state
Epic EMR required
Free surface parking available on-site

Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience required
Active PT license required if applicable
Epic EMR experience required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
First-time travelers will be considered for this position

Travelers should be aware that refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of the assignment
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
Minimal RTO is expected for this position; a limited number of days may be approved
Scrub attire is required; solid navy blue for licensed personnel — print tops are not acceptable
