We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with at least 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces across various digital platforms.
Job Description:
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered solutions. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs that align with our brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms
- Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Sketch
- InVision
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure or Adobe XD
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
