Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle wash and detailing needs
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including automated and hand-wash stations
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, window cleaning, and exterior washing
- Apply detailing techniques like buffing, polishing, and window tinting when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties to ensure a safe environment
- Inspect vehicles for quality control before returning them to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Experience with car wash procedures and detailing techniques
- Knowledge of buffing, polishing, and window tinting is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is advantageous
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record preferred for moving vehicles if needed
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards
