We are looking for friendly, professional, and hardworking Restaurant Server / Waiter / Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Check on guests regularly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a courteous manner
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members
- Follow all restaurant health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous restaurant or serving experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
