Job Summary:
The Order Management Specialist is responsible for performing order entries, coordinating shipments and managing the flow of all DTC, B2B and dropship orders. The position will also proactively communicate and respond to internal questions and issues, particularly in support of the sales and customer service teams and the remote warehouse staff. This is an in office full-time position requiring a minimum of 30 hours a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order entry into the company ERP system
- Ensure accuracy from submission through all systems
- Process within a timely manner to ensure we meet or exceed expectations and commitments
- Track orders to make sure they arrive on or before customer expectations.
- Proactively communicate and respond to internal questions and issues, particularly in support of the sales and customer service teams
- Coordinate with warehouse to meet deadlines, track all shipments, troubleshoot, and resolve exceptions/logistical issues to meet delivery deadlines.
- Track, report, and dispute key executive account chargebacks
- Support supply chain functions in facilitating the review of suppliers/vendors production schedules and priorities
- Develop and maintain operational reports
- Assist at warehouse a few times every 6 months for company sales
Training and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
- Take initiative to learn and troubleshoot new processes independently
- Ability to problem solve under strict time specific deadlines
- Hight attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
