The Warriors Heart Alumni Director is responsible for overseeing and advancing Warriors Heart Alumni Program that provides long-term, regular interaction and support to the Warriors Heart Alumni. This critical leadership role ensures alumni stay connected, supported, and empowered to foster ongoing peer support and community growth.
- Must have Experience and/or Knowledge of Addiction (personal/professional)
- 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
- Advanced computer skills – (mac, excel, word, etc).
-Must be open to supporting a 24 x 7 environment including on call, weekend and evening work.
- Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
-Skilled in CRM like Salesforce, etc.
-Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
-Current cleared TB skin test.
-Valid Drivers License in good standings.
-Pass an annual Background Clearance.
-Minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety (if in recovery).
-Willing to submit to random clean drug and alcohol screening (and pass).
-Strong Follow though Skills.
