Job Description:
We are actively looking to grow our PRN Float Pool with dedicated, qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) with at least 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse. Long-term care experience is preferred, but flexible for the right Candidate! Our standardized rate for our Float Pool RNs is $45.00/hour. LPNs may also be considered at a $33.00/hour rate of pay pending they meet all additional criteria listed below in addition to the experience requirement.
As a member of our PRN Float Pool, you will travel to our Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living facilities in the area to assist with covering open shifts.
The facilities within our Northern region are; CHS of Boardman - Youngstown, OH, CHS of Lisbon - Lisbon, OH, CHS of Niles - Niles, OH, Continuing Healthcare at The Ridge - Mineral Ridge, OH, Victoria House Assisted Living - Austintown, OH, & The Suites at Continuing Healthcare of Niles - Niles, OH.
Our PRN Float Pool must maintain the following criteria to stay active within the PRN Float Pool; work a minimum of 4 shifts, at a minimum of 2 buildings per month with at least 1 of those shifts being a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, contingent upon available shifts), and at least 1 summer and 1 winter holiday (contingent upon available shifts).

Experience and Skills:
Must have valid RN licensure in good standing with the State of Ohio. Prefer previous experience of at least one year in a long term care facility, however will consider new graduates. Must be able to work as a team and have a knowledge of medication administration, treatments and overall processes in a long term care facility.
