Duties
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive account management and personalized service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach strategies
- Lead negotiations to close deals that align with client needs while maximizing revenue potential
- Develop tailored marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively within target markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver technical sales solutions seamlessly
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze customer data for strategic insights
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth in the B2B sector
Experience
- Proven success in business development, B2B sales, or account management roles within technology or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis techniques to drive targeted outreach efforts
- Prior experience in technical sales or technology solutions is highly desirable
