Position Summary
CitiStaff is seeking an experienced and motivated Onsite Supervisor to oversee second shift operations at a high-volume distribution/production facility in Arlington, TX. This role is responsible for managing temporary workforce employees, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all CitiStaff temporary employees during assigned shift
- Serve as the primary point of contact between CitiStaff, employees, and client leadership
- Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to meet daily production goals
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity
- Conduct coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, and training
- Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Track and report daily metrics including headcount, attendance, and performance
- Address and resolve employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, warehouse, manufacturing, or onsite supervision required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Flexible and able to work overtime as needed

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a warehouse/production environment
