This is an entry-level restaurant job where you learn to prep and cook food to order. You will rotate across different stations, from the grill to the register, handling heavy foot traffic from the mall. The role is built for people who want straightforward work and the opportunity to build practical skills through our Developmental Training Program.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation to the Pinnacle Hills Promenade.
Preferred:
- Willingness to learn and work multiple stations, including the grill, prep area, and front register.
Your Shift Duties
- Process orders and handle cash or card payments at the POS register.
- Grill burgers and prepare fresh-cut fries to strict company standards.
- Follow food safety and sanitation rules to keep the kitchen and dining room clean.
- Work alongside the crew during heavy lunch and dinner volume to get orders out fast.
- Rotate through all workstations to maintain the daily flow of the restaurant.
- Check every meal before it goes out to verify order accuracy.
Pay & Perks
- $13.00 per hour base pay
- $2.45 per hour in average shared tips
- $0.60 per hour in average performance bonuses
