Mid-Tec, Inc, a commercial general contractor based out of Anderson, MO, is seeking an experienced field supervisor/structural steel install supervisor.
Must have significant experience in erection of structural steel and running a crew of 4-8 men. Experience in stick and tig welding. Must know and understand standard safety practices. Have a valid driver’s license. Must be willing to travel and work overtime 50-70 hours a week. Work will take place at the shop in Anderson, MO and often out of town. This is a full-time position starting pay at $25-30 per hour plus overtime. Pay based on experience. Includes benefits such as health, dental vision and 401k. Pre-employment drug screen is required. Must possess basic hand tools.
-This position will be based out of our shop in Anderson, MO, and will require travel, some weekends, and some holidays
-This position is full-time with average work week hours varying, but overtime will be paid at time and a half over 40 hours during the work week.
-Excellent pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, drive time, and per diem when working outside Mid-Tec's local area.
-Pay is $25-$30/hour, based on experience
