JOB DESCRIPTION
● Develop and design training programs, courses, and materials based on identified needs and organizational goals.
● Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations using various instructional techniques such as lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities.
● Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers’ specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
● Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
● Develop training programs and curriculum based on identified needs, learning objectives, and organizational goals.
● Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
● Identifying and evaluating organizational learning and development needs, recommending solutions, and creating/updating training content on a regular basis.
● Providing additional support for employee onboarding including coordinating and conducting new employee orientation as needed.
● Delivering training and “train-the-trainer” regularly to bring up new facilitators.
● Conducting training needs assessments: Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
● Conduct surveys, interviews, and data analysis to gather information and make informed decisions regarding training initiatives.
● Monitoring industry trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, as well as business analysis methodologies.
● Managing learning management systems (LMS): Administer the organization's LMS, including uploading and organizing training content, monitoring user progress, generating reports, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Skills required:
● SDET and Automation:
o Software testing methodologies, strategies, and best practices.
o Strong understanding of test planning, test estimation, and test management
o Advanced knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber
o Huge experience in creating, maintaining, and extending test automation scripts and suites.
o Proficiency in Java language for test automation script development.
● CI/CD and Latest Techniques:
o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI) for automating the build and deployment process.
o Understanding of design patterns i.e.,Page Object Model, Page Factory
o Knowledge of advanced frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Robot Framework
o SOAP/REST protocols for various loads on key business scenarios.
o Establish Checkpoints and design workload models.
o Thorough knowledge on Docker fundamentals and containerization concepts
● Automation Frameworks:
o Select the right framework depending on project requirements and technology stack
o Advanced knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or equivalent.
o Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java.
o Implement API test frameworks and strategies.
● Application Performance:
o Proficient in creating a comprehensive test plan and strategy for load, stress, and performance testing.
o Recognize the goals, success criteria, and the expected outcomes of these tests.
o Familiar with load testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner - create, execute, and analyze load tests.
o Identifying system weaknesses, bottlenecks, and failure points under extreme conditions.
o Proficiency in using monitoring tools to gather real-time data on system resource usage during load and stress testing, such as CPU, memory, disk I/O, and network utilization.
● Others:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,000.00 per year
