As a Fire Alarm Service Technician, you will play a key role in helping keep customers safe through the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial fire alarm systems. This position offers a variety of day-to-day work, hands-on problem solving, and long-term career advancement opportunities.

Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial fire alarm systems

Diagnose and document system deficiencies and needed repairs

Perform routine maintenance and service work to ensure code compliance

Educate customers on system functionality and recommended solutions

Maintain accurate service documentation and inspection reports

Deliver exceptional customer service while professionally representing Nelbud

Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive company vehicles to job sites

Experience with fire alarm troubleshooting, repair, and service preferred

NICET Level II certification required

NICET Level III certification preferred

KY/OH Fire Alarm License is required or must be obtained
