We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Relations & Experience Coordinator to join our team.
This person will be an important part of the customer experience from the first phone call through project completion. The right candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers, helping schedule appointments, following up on project details, and keeping information organized between the office, sales team, crews, and homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer messages in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments, estimates, follow-ups, and project-related communication
- Keep customers updated throughout the process
- Help organize customer records, project notes, and follow-up tasks
- Communicate with sales staff, office team members, production staff, and crews as needed
- Follow up with leads, current customers, and past customers
- Assist with customer questions, concerns, and general problem-solving
- Help create a positive and smooth customer experience from start to finish
- Support general office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with customers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, dependable, and able to follow through
- Comfortable using computers, email, phones, and customer management systems
- Able to stay calm and helpful when handling customer questions or concerns
- Customer service, office administration, scheduling, sales support, construction, roofing, flooring, or home improvement experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Position Details

- Full-time position preferred
- Pay based on experience
- Starting pay range: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience
