We’re looking for Line Cooks who take pride in their craft, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven kitchen.
What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you play an important role in delivering high‑quality food and consistent Guest experiences.
- Handle grill and fryer station responsibilities
- Stock and maintain reach‑in coolers
- Support the Broiler Cook in preparing and completing orders
- Prepare food according to recipes, standards, and ticket flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food‑handling standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams
- Perform all duties with care and professionalism to ensure Guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience
- Ability to reliably commute to and from the restaurant location within approximately 30-45 minutes.
- Warm, friendly, and service‑oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and consistency
- Passion for cooking and delivering great food
- Must be available to work weekends and all holidays
