JOB SUMMARY:
Perform shipping and receiving duties, process related paperwork, repackage products, and pull orders according to designated work orders and pick tickets.
WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, shortages, damages, or discrepancies, and report issues promptly
- Prepare customer orders for shipment by picking, packing, labeling, weighing, and documenting shipment details according to company and customer requirements
- Generate and maintain shipping documentation, including domestic, international, and hazardous materials (HazMat) shipping paperwork
- Coordinate shipping activities with satellite warehouses, distribution centers, carriers, and internal departments
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure materials and products are stored in designated warehouse locations
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles safely using appropriate material handling equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records and provide regular reporting as required
- Ensure adequate levels of shipping supplies, packaging materials, and pallets are available to support operations
- Prepare product samples and special shipments as needed
- Maintain warehouse facilities, tools, and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to read, write, type, and comprehend documents in English
- Possess basic mathematical skills and computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Comply with all safety and housekeeping standards
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ground/air hazmat certification is a plus
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, nights, and weekends, when needed (rare)
- A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the U.S.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
