Our from-scratch, real-food commissary Kitchen is seeking experienced Prep Cooks. Water Street Coffee Joint has multiple locations providing flavorful and creative food produced with high-volume efficiency.
This position is responsible for the artful preparation of high quality food, complying with all applicable health standards and following established food production recipes and procedures. Applicants must appropriately use supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and injury or illness. Ability to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency and have an eye for tasteful, aesthetically pleasing food presentation. One or more years of kitchen and cooking experience preferred. Must have early morning and Saturday availability.
