We are seeking a reliable and safety conscious Dump Truck Driver to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating dump trucks with a capacity of more than 3 tons to transport materials to specific destinations.
Duties:
- Maintains radio or telephone contact with base or supervisor to receive instructions or be dispatched to new location
- Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.
- Keeps record of materials and products transported.
- Cleans, inspects, and services vehicle
- Operates equipment on vehicle to load, unload, or disperse cargo or materials.
- Assists in loading and unloading truck manually.
- Willingly attend and support Foremen/Superintendents during morning huddles and toolbox talks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Licenses:
- Valid DOT Card
- Current Driver’s License
- CDL – Class B or Class A (depending on type of truck driver)
- Endorsements: Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement a plus.
