This is an entry-level opportunity where you'll receive professional training, ongoing coaching, and the chance to build valuable sales and communication skills while introducing homeowners to the benefits of solar energy.
No previous solar or sales experience is required—we're looking for people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
- Start conversations about lowering energy costs through solar
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants
- Represent the HomeX brand with professionalism and integrity
- Track daily activity and work toward individual performance goals
