- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts

Your Role as Lead Toddler Teacher
Every day in our toddler classroom is a chance to nurture curiosity and joy. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will:
- Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Create a safe, warm, and welcoming classroom environment
- Encourage positive social skills, cooperation, and independence
- Collaborate with co-teachers to develop creative lesson plans
- Maintain open communication with families to strengthen home-school connections
Who We’re Looking For
- Associate’s Degree with at least 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- CDA certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in toddler care, classroom management, and promoting positive behaviors
- Passion for early learning and hands-on discovery
- Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic with strong teamwork and communication skills
