What You'll Do:
As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you'll play an integral role in delivering personalized treatment plans and exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Administer neuromodulators (Botox®,& Dysport®) and dermal fillers.
- Perform biostimulator treatments including Sculptra®.
- Perform PRP and regenerative aesthetic treatments,
- Conduct wellness consultations and educate patients on available wellness services.
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products and complementary aesthetic and wellness treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and medical protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient education, follow-up, and customer service.
- Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and wellness therapies.
Preferred Qualifications:
In addition to injector experience, candidates with experience in the following areas will be given preference:
- Advanced laser treatments (BBL, MOXI, RF microneedling, Slyfirm, laser hair removal, and skin resurfacing)
- Peptide therapy
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- GLP-1 weight management programs and medical weight loss
- PRP and regenerative aesthetic treatments
- Microneedling and RF microneedling
- Medical-grade skincare consultations and treatment planning
- Body contouring technologies (CoolSculpting® & T-Shape 2)
- IV vitamin therapy and wellness injections
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and aesthetic photography
- Social media content creation or a willingness to participate in marketing initiatives, educational events, and community outreach
- A passion for continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and wellness
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, continued learning, and delivering exceptional patient care.
Required:
- Active North Carolina RN or NP license.
- Minimum of 3 years of aesthetic injection experience preferred.
- Experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to cross-educate patients on aesthetic and wellness services.
- Comfortable working occasional evenings, Saturdays, and special events.
