Wendy’s Team Member – IAD Airport
The Grove Inc. proudly operates Wendy’s inside Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and we’re looking for dependable, energetic team members to join our growing team!

Pay
$17.50 per hour + tips
Available Shifts
- Morning: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to airport guests
- Prepare food and beverages according to Wendy’s standards
- Operate the register and handle customer transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and other restaurant duties as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual team members
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Important IAD Airport Requirements
Because this position is located inside Washington Dulles International Airport, all candidates must:
- Successfully pass an in-person TSA fingerprint background check
- Provide two forms of valid, original, undamaged identification
- Be able to meet all airport security and badging requirements
Please be prepared to provide the required identification and complete the fingerprinting process as part of the hiring process.
