Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for new patient inquiries, providing clear information about available home care services and next steps
- Gather and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details, to facilitate accurate service planning
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and internal teams to schedule assessments and initiate care arrangements
- Maintain detailed records of all intake interactions, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational standards
- Assist in preparing documentation for billing and authorization processes to streamline service delivery
- Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions, confirm appointments, and ensure a positive onboarding experience
- Support administrative tasks related to patient onboarding, including data entry and document management
Requirements
- Prior experience in intake is highly preferred (either home care or ABA)
- Strong organizational skills and tech savy

- Office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures enhances efficiency in managing intake workflows

- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
