Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment according to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals
- Calibrate machinery to ensure precision and compliance with industry standards
- Utilize hand tools and computer hardware to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of service activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to identify issues and execute repairs effectively
- Provide training or guidance to clients on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during field service operations to protect yourself and others
Experience
- Proven experience in field service roles involving equipment repair, maintenance, or calibration
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals confidently
- Familiarity with OEM equipment standards and specifications is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with DME (Dental Medical Equipment) or similar complex machinery is a plus
- Skilled in using hand tools, calibration devices, and basic computer hardware for diagnostics and repairs
- Experience working with CMMS software for service documentation and scheduling
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently in diverse environments while maintaining a positive attitude
