Seeking one (1) motivated and energetic part-time Exterior Housekeeper to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our property's grounds throughout the day. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming environment for retail partners, guests, and staff. Saturday availability is required. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation functions where assigned within the property grounds and facility.
- Emptying trash receptacles, litter picking and removal of debris from property grounds including parking lot, sidewalks, stairwells, planters/grass, and tenant trash enclosures.
- Graffiti removal/painting.
- Power washing of sidewalks and delivery areas/truck courts, as needed.
- Using appropriate equipment and supplies where required.
- Performing all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift push/pull at least 40 lbs.
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, stretch, stand, sit kneel or walk for extended periods of time across an entire work shift.
- The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate politely and effectively in English with Management, supervisor, customers, and guests.
- Must follow Management assignments, directives, policies and procedures.
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation to work.
- Remain free from illegal drug use.
- Must consent to a background check.
