We are looking for a reliable LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to manage our medication program, care for our residents in a professional and considerate manner. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
Manage medication program
- Ensure medications are available as ordered
- Provide support and guidance to Medication Aides
- Assist in medication assistance delivery as needed
- Administer injectable medications as required
- Serve as a liaison between facility, pharmacies and provider offices
- Perform medication program audits
Assist in the care of residents
Communicate resident needs to RN and Administrator
Assist with other duties to support staff and Administrator
Comply with all applicable rules, polices, standards and guidelines related to employment at Hillcrest Spring Residential
Requirements
- Valid NYS license
- Completion of COVID-19 Vaccination
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
