Sutton Swim School is looking for an experienced instructor ready to lead, train, and shape how we teach water safety and swimming.
About the role
We are a family-owned, year-round indoor swim school with a heated 90 degree pool. We're growing, and we need someone who can train our team, develop our instructor trainers, and help set the standard for how we teach.
This isn't an entry-level job. We're looking for someone who has spent years in the water and is ready to invest in others the way someone once invested in them. Someone who leads on deck by example, earns respect through technical skill and steady presence, and genuinely cares about the growth of the people they train.
We treat water safety as one of the most important skills a person can carry through life. Great swimming is taught, not just demonstrated, and we're always refining how we teach, train, and support the families who trust us with their kids.
What makes this role different

What you bring
- 4+ years teaching swimming across infant, child, and adult populations
- 3+ years in a supervisory, management, or instructor training role
- A track record of training instructors and developing instructor trainers
- Composure and leadership presence, especially under pressure
- At least 15 hours a week available, including Saturdays
