We are a newly opened restaurant in Sawtelle, part of a well-known Japanese restaurant brand. Our restaurant is built on a commitment to exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and thoughtful service.

Responsibilities
- Provide polished, attentive, and professional table service
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including ingredients, preparation, and beverage pairings
- Make thoughtful recommendations that enhance the guest experience while contributing to sales
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all food and beverage offerings
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- Follow all food safety and Responsible Beverage Service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant serving experience preferred
- Fluent English required with excellent communication skills
- Japanese language ability is a plus
- Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and hospitality
- Excellent guest service and sales skills
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and positive team mindset
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
