Job Summary: The Site Manager is pivotal in leading our team to uphold our commitment to service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team that excels in customer service and operational tasks.
- Foster a collaborative environment that embodies our sports-inspired culture.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage equipment maintenance, ensuring all systems are operational.
- Optimize workflows to reduce wait times without compromising service quality.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Address customer concerns with promptness and professionalism.
- Employee Engagement:
- Promote a culture of teamwork, competition, and fun through team-building events.
- Organize and participate in morale-boosting activities and recognition programs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Regularly check service quality to maintain our cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment, preferably in car washes.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for fast-paced situations.
- Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance is advantageous.
