The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage Processor to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented processor who thrives in a fast-paced brokerage environment and wants real room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Manage a pipeline of broker-submitted loan files from submission through closing
- Review and clear conditions with lenders/UW to keep files moving efficiently
- Communicate proactively with loan officers, borrowers, and lenders
- Ensure compliance and accuracy across all file documentation
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years mortgage processing experience in a broker capacity (required)
- Strong working knowledge of broker/wholesale lending — UWM experience a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Clear, professional communication with LOs, lenders, and borrowers

Location
On-site at our Garden City, NY office strongly preferred.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
