Compensation: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience

With full-service repair facilities, a growing mobile service operation, and continued expansion into new markets, we're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting team at our Greensboro, NC Headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What You'll Do
The Accounting Specialist will support multiple areas of the Accounting department based on business needs and will be cross-trained across key functions.

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Assist with invoice processing, coding, payment posting, and account maintenance.

Perform account and vendor reconciliations and research discrepancies.

Assist with customer billing, payment follow-up, and account resolution as needed.

Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

Assist with month-end close, reporting, audits, and other accounting activities.

Work with Operations and other departments to research and resolve accounting issues.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and processes.

Cross-train across Accounting functions and provide coverage where needed.
What We're Looking For

1–3 years of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or related experience preferred.

Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and processes.

Experience in more than one accounting function is a plus.

Experience with ERP or accounting software; Karmak experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Willingness to learn, cross-train, and step in where the Accounting team needs support.
