Program Manager (Contract)

Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-impact team focused on land development operations across a large and growing regional portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong transactional and administrative expertise to support a dynamic team responsible for coordinating easement and land agreements, managing contract workflows, and maintaining accurate land and contract records. This role is central to keeping complex transactions organized, compliant, and moving forward, requiring a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and can communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. The position demands a balance of operational precision, collaborative communication, and a proactive mindset to support a broad range of land development and infrastructure initiatives across the AMERs region.
Job Responsibilities:
Support easement and land development teams with transaction processing, coordination, and administration across the AMERs region, including Traffic and Water/Wastewater initiatives as needed
Manage high-volume transaction workflows, ensuring agreements, amendments, and related documentation are accurately tracked, organized, and maintained throughout the transaction lifecycle
Review title reports and support curative actions by identifying ownership issues and coordinating resolution efforts with internal stakeholders and external partners
Assist in tracking financial budgets, payments, invoicing, and related metrics in alignment with regional portfolio standards and internal controls
Support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing use of land records and contract management systems to track executed agreements and associated contractual obligations
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track transaction status, performance metrics, and workflow health, enabling planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement
Communicate transaction status, requirements, risks, and timelines clearly and consistently to internal stakeholders and external business partners
Provide support for landowner inquiries, complaint resolution, and related communications, ensuring timely and professional engagement
Coordinate and support internal initiatives, special projects, and process improvement efforts as business needs evolve
Collaborate with internal teams including Business Operations, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Risk, Operations, and Engineering to support successful project delivery
Coordinate with external partners such as landowners, brokers, developers, outside counsel, design professionals, and consultants as required
Contribute to a culture of speed, flexibility, accountability, and frugality while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting land, easement, right-of-way, title, or commercial real estate transactions, ideally within infrastructure, utility, industrial, or data center development environments
Minimum of 2 years of experience tracking agreements, amendments, approvals, obligations, execution status, and post-execution administration using contract management, land records, or document control systems
Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, status reports, metrics, and workflow documentation using productivity and collaboration tools
Strong contract review, routing, and document management capabilities
Ability to manage high-volume workflows with accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in maintaining trackers, dashboards, status reports, and workflow documentation
Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both internal teams and external partners
Familiarity with land records, contract management, or document control systems
Ability to identify and resolve title or ownership issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience tracking payments, invoices, and financial metrics in alignment with internal controls
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across legal, finance, operations, and engineering teams
Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on unblocking delays and keeping processes moving forward

Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range*: $34 - $38.50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non-Exempt
