Property Maintenance Coordinator
Blue Olive Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator (MC) to take ownership of our daily maintenance operations and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our owners and residents. We are a growing residential property management company that takes pride in responsive service, strong systems, and a collaborative team environment. We manage single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, condos, and townhomes throughout the Denver Metro area. We are family run and have been operating successfully for over 20 years.
This position is based in the Denver-Metro area and is primarily a remote position with one required in-person team meeting each week in the Denver Tech Center area. We’re looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality work, accountability, and teamwork.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating multiple projects, communicating with vendors and residents, and keeping our maintenance department moving efficiently and running smoothly.
We are a small, collaborative team where everyone contributes, communicates openly, and takes ownership of their work. We value professionalism, accountability, and treating both clients and teammates with respect.
Success in this role means maintaining timely communication, ensuring maintenance requests are completed efficiently, building strong vendor relationships, and delivering a great experience for property owners and residents.

Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily maintenance operations.
· Coordinate property turn maintenance.
· Resolve HOA maintenance violations.
· Manage vendor, tenant and owner communications.
· Coordinate biannual inspections.
· Administer sprinkler start-up and winterization schedules.
· Research and procure replacement appliances.
· Obtain competitive vendor bids.
· Recruit and qualify new maintenance vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 3+ years of maintenance coordination or property management experience.
· Working knowledge of residential home systems.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Comfortable handling multiple priorities.
· Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.
“Extra” Skills:
· Working knowledge of PropertyWare, PropertyMeld, Spectora.
Schedule & Pay:
· $60,000 - $70,000 annually (based on qualifications and experience).
· Full-time, 40 work hours per week.
· Flexible schedule with availability Monday - Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM.
