Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle entry and exit procedures in a courteous manner
- Safely park, retrieve, and maneuver vehicles using manual handling techniques and driving skills
- Operate various types of vehicles including standard cars, shuttle buses, or commercial trucks as required
- Maintain clear communication with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements efficiently
- Ensure the parking area remains organized, clean, and free of hazards by following safe lifting practices and proper vehicle handling procedures
- Monitor the parking lot for safety concerns or security issues, reporting any incidents promptly
- Assist with light maintenance tasks or mechanical checks on vehicles when necessary
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial vehicle operation is a plus
- Ability to drive different types of vehicles including manual transmission, shuttle buses, or heavy equipment such as forklifts or dump trucks if certified
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, moving vehicles, or handling equipment like pallet jacks or tow trucks safely
- Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and driving in adverse weather conditions is desirable
- Prior experience in parking services, shuttle driving, freight movement, or warehouse operations is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with heavy equipment operation enhances your suitability for this role
