Source qualified candidates using Boolean searches, job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting platforms.

Identify and engage passive and active candidates through calls, emails, text messages, and professional networking.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple positions.

Conduct candidate outreach and initiate the recruiting communication cycle.

Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.

Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Experience using Boolean search techniques

Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple recruiting platforms
