A leading organization is seeking an AI Security Engineer - AI & Agentic Security to enhance their AI security initiatives. AI Security Engineer - AI & Agentic Security Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored security guidance based on specific AI use cases, ensuring risks are managed effectively from design to deployment.
- Develop and implement security policies and standards, automating enforcement through CI/CD pipelines, controls, and tooling.
- Monitor emerging AI tools, frameworks, and threats, assessing their risks and advising on appropriate security responses.
- Design and maintain security controls for AI/ML systems, focusing on prompt injection, data protection, and agentic workflow security across cloud environments.
- Integrate security measures into development processes, leverage industry standards for threat modeling, and respond to AI-specific security incidents.
AI Security Engineer - AI & Agentic Security Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python or equivalent languages.
- At least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML or GenAI security, including hands-on work with prompt injection, unsafe output handling, and tool abuse.
- Proven ability to create specific, testable security policies and translate them into automated controls.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated quick learning of new protocols, tools, and frameworks.
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM security challenges, cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure), and identity management protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SPIFFE).
Preferred:
- Experience with AI gateway products, runtime security platforms, shadow AI, and AI red-team tools.
- Familiarity with AI-specific data loss prevention solutions, detection engineering, and telemetry systems.
- Certification such as CAISP or ISACA AAISM, or demonstrated expertise in security controls related to AI.
