Boys & Girls Club of Fremont County is a non-profit youth development program, serving school-aged youth after school and throughout the Summer. We provide a safe and positive environment for all youth, while facilitating evidence-based programs that ensure academic success, develop healthy lifestyles, and promote good character and citizenship.
The Teen Unit Director position will directly supervise teen YDP staff and teen members at our location and on designated field trips. They will be responsible for the daily operations of the Clubhouse, ensuring the safety of all youth and staff, building relationships with Club parents and guardians, and ensuring a great Club Experience for our teen members.
This is a part-time 25-29 hr/wk position working Monday-Friday, with weekends possible. The Unit Director will report to the Program Director.
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years experience working with youth in an after school or similar setting program (i.e. camp, teaching, coaching, etc.)
Experience working for a Boys & Girls Club is preferred
College degree preferred
First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred
Must have excellent communication and computer skills
Must have a clean background and driving record
Must have a driver's license and access to own vehicle
Must be willing to drive the company vehicles as needed
