Marketing Administrator

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys communicating with people, and is passionate about helping generate new business.
Responsibilities
● Support the sales team by coordinating marketing campaigns and scheduling qualified in-home fence consultations.
● Manage and respond to incoming inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, email, website forms, and other digital marketing channels in a timely, professional manner.
● Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication, follow-up, and relationship building.
● Maintain consistent, professional communication with homeowners and internal team members.
● Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing appointment schedules and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
● Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM, track key performance metrics, and provide reports as needed.
Qualifications
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Comfortable using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
● Experience handling inbound leads, customer communication, and appointment scheduling is preferred.
● Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
● Coachable, positive, and eager to learn.
● Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
● Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn CRM software quickly.
Compensation & Benefits

● Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
