CDL Class A Driver/Laborer
We are seeking a motivated and dependable CDL Class A Driver/Laborer to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in transporting asphalt paving equipment and materials while also assisting the paving crew with daily operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both driving and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and transport paving equipment, dump trucks, lowboys, and other commercial vehicles.
- Assist the paving crew with labor duties throughout the workday.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions.
- Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and possess an exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in asphalt paving or construction is preferred but not required.
