Faith & Flower Farm Town of Mukwonago, Wisconsin
Faith & Flower Farm is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to help build, maintain, and operate our growing private membership farm.
This is not a repetitive production job. Every day is different. One day you may be constructing a new pergola, repairing equipment, or improving farm infrastructure. The next you may be planting flowers, preparing the grounds for member events, or tackling whatever project needs to be done.
Responsibilities
- General farm maintenance
- Construction and carpentry projects
- Equipment operation and maintenance
- Landscaping and groundskeeping
- Planting, harvesting, and crop support
- Building and repairing farm infrastructure
- Preparing the property for member events
- Keeping the farm clean, organized, and operating efficiently
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Is physically capable of lifting and moving 75 - 100 lbs. safely
- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Is mechanically inclined and enjoys solving problems
- Is dependable, punctual, and honest
- Enjoys working outdoors in spring, summer, and fall seasons
Experience in construction, farming, landscaping, equipment operation, or mechanical repair is a significant advantage.
