Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment during the night? La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Portland NW is looking for a Night Auditor to be the friendly face of our hotel during the night shift. We are looking for someone that is willing to work two nights as a Night Auditor (11:00pm - 7:00am) and two PM/Swing shifts (3:00pm -11:00pm). If you love providing excellent service and have a knack for numbers, this is the perfect job for you!
What You'll Do:
- Be the welcoming face: Greet and check in guests with a smile.
- Problem solver: Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
- Phone wizard: Answer phones and route calls promptly.
- Sales enthusiast: Promote hotel amenities and special offers.
- Audit ace: Balance daily transactions and prepare reports.
- Driver: Drive company vans as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and team spirit.
- Flexibility to work any day and any hour.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and bending for 3-6 hours.
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs for 1-3 hours.
- Climbing stairs for up to 1 hour.
