A Construction Crew Supervisor must have the same skills as a Construction Crew Leader as well as superior leadership skills. He must also be able to coordinate the efforts of multiple crews on large projects. The Supervisor must have 10+ years of experience performing related work as a Crew Leader. Must have experience scheduling crews, interfacing with customers, generating reports and managing the crew’s efforts in the field. Insures compliance with all safety requirements. Must be skilled using Microsoft Office software.
