In this role, you will work directly with senior partners to assist in managing calendars, preparing legal documentation, tracking deadlines and financials, and scheduling meetings. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and assist with client communications.
- Prepare and maintain estate planning and estate administration documents.
- Support estate and trust administration, including filings, account openings, and case management.
- Maintain financial records, inventory assets, and assist with accounting and tax return preparation.
- Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and client matters to ensure timely case progression.

- Interest in legal administrative support. You have a minimum of one (1) year legal administrative experience. Candidates with prior experience with trusts and estates will stand out!

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
