Hiring Miami-Based On-Air Hosts (English & Español)
This is for a new live shopping channel focused on lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry across TikTok and other live platforms.
Viewers shop and bid on diamonds live, often at prices far below traditional retail, creating a fun, fast-paced, high-energy environment for both the hosts and the audience.
Location:
- Studio based in North Miami near Miami Shores (about 20 minutes from the beach)
- In-person positoon
Compensation:
- Hourly + commission structure
- Commission ranges from $100+/hour to $200+
- Estimated annual earnings ranging from approximately $96,000–$200,000+ depending on schedule and performance
- Paid training $35/ per hour
Schedule & Structure:
- 20 hours per week (4 hours per day of live selling
- Optional additional hours available for data entry, operational support, or content creation
- Flexible scheduling
- Schedules provided in advance
- Part-time & full-time positions available
- Lives are always hosted with a second team member

- Interest and knowledge in fine jewelry is a plus
