The Opportunity
A leading fintech staffing firm connecting payment professionals with best-fit processors and fintech providers, is looking for a National Recruiter to lead the recruiting channel. Empower agents, executives, and entrepreneurs to find the right W2 or 1099 opportunity for long-term career and financial growth. Become a national leader and help other payment professionasl reach their goals.
This is a leadership and ownership role: build and run a national recruiting engine. You'll own the full channel — sourcing and placing payments professionals across processors, platforms, and solutions — and grow it into a lasting business, not just a book of placements.
What You'll Do
- Source, vet, and place merchant services professionals with best-fit processors
- Build and expand relationships with processors, ISVs, banks, and platforms
- Recruit, train, and lead additional leaders as the channel scales
- Learn the full payments landscape to place candidates where they'll succeed
- Help shape channel strategy across W2, 1099, and ISO ownership placements
- Represent the brand at industry events, on LinkedIn, and in every conversation
Compensation & Ownership

What We're Looking For
- Proven recruiting experience in payments or merchant services
- A track record building business/partner relationships from scratch
- Experience hiring, training, or leading recruiters or salespeople
- An entrepreneurial, ownership mindset
- An existing network in payments is a strong plus
- Self-starter — this is a build-it role, not a maintain-it role

Pay: $90,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
