Location: Bradenton, FL. This is primarily an on-site position where collaboration and mentorship happen in person, with flexibility to work remotely occasionally when needed.
Note: Candidates must be licensed with the Florida Bar and have 3+ years of attorney experience, including at least 1 year of transactional law experience. Estate planning experience is highly preferred, and we welcome attorneys from law firms, in-house legal departments, or solo practice who are eager to learn multiple practice areas.

Job Description
- Draft and negotiate business, real estate, estate planning, and transactional documents.
- Advise clients on business, corporate, and estate planning matters.
- Assist with business succession planning and wealth preservation strategies.
- Handle sophisticated transactional matters while expanding into additional practice areas.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Manage client files from intake through completion.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, contracts, agreements, trusts, wills, and related documents.
- Build trusted client relationships through practical legal counsel.
- Continue developing expertise through direct mentorship and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar license.
- 3+ years of attorney experience.
- 1+ year of transactional law experience.
- Estate planning experience preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Desire to learn multiple areas of law.
- Team-oriented with a client-focused mindset.
